Cardio boxing is an activity that combines kick-boxing, English boxing and Thai boxing movements performed in sequences to burn calories.

Cardio-boxing allows you to tone your body, lose weight and improve your general physical condition. It is an ideal way to relieve stress, get some exercise and feel good. It is also an activity that allows you to work on your breathing, balance and motor skills.  

Cardio boxing is an activity that involves most of the muscles of the body, notably the shoulders, arms, abdominal muscles, buttocks and back.
